• Please send separate email for each student. Kindly do not include multiple student inquiries in single email.

• Please do not send inquiries on behalf of other parents. Email must come directly from parents in order to get a response back.

• Include below information without fail:

  • Student First and Last name

  • Student Email Id issued by Kannada Academy (if available)

  • Parent First and Last name

  • Parent Email Id

  • Email from Paypal to confirm payment status (if applicable)

Schedule

First class of 2026-27 academic year will be on Aug 16th. We are working towards finalizing the class allocations.

After the classes are allocated,

• Each student will be added to their class in Google classroom

• Parents will be added to a WhatsApp group created for each class.

Existing students: please ensure that students are able to login to Google classroom. Please check now and do not wait until last minute.

If the student has forgotten password, please send an email with Subject "Request for password reset"

Remember to include all the information listed in the Parent inquiries section.

New students: Google classroom Login details will be sent to registered parent Email Id

Late admission requests

We are open to consider second round but not guaranteed. If at all we decide to admit more, it will be targeted registration requests only and not open to public.

Parents must send an email with Subject “Request for late admission” 

Remember to include all the information listed in the Parent inquiries section.

Parents must be ready to take action quickly on 1) Google form registration and 2) PayPal payment and 

• Registration window will be limited, without further extension.

• Do not make Paypal payment until you hear from us.

We will not be able to take immediate action on requests for late admission. We will revisit after completing the processing of current registrations.

There is no need for further action by you at this stage. Kindly wait until we reach out to you with next steps.
